Why Would Anyone Want to Visit YOUR Dental Office

Speaker: Brad Barbera

Learn how to create a great experience for your customers, without adding costs, without working harder, and without sacrificing the actual health care that you provide.

With all of the options people have for dental care, why should they ever choose to visit your office? They can probably get the same technical care in a variety of other places. What really differentiates one office from another is not the quality of the dental care itself. It’s the experience that they have. Learn how to create a great experience for your patients, without adding costs, without working harder, and without sacrificing the actual health care that you provide.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • How to understand your patients beyond just their medical condition;
  • What makes people stay with you, and what drives them away;
  • How to make your work life less stressful and more rewarding.

YES, YES, YES! When Do We Start?

Speaker: Theresa Narantic

What if your schedule was so full that the most difficult task you had in your practice was trying to find appointments for EVERY patient you had because every one of them wanted to start immediately after you shared their treatment plan?

Articulating a clear, concise, plan with an empathetic presentation, your biggest difficulty will be managing to find time in our full schedule for EVERY patient wanting to begin ASAP!

Let’s make this reality by:

  • Each team member being an expert in their role and develop confidence in presentation
  • Compartmentalizing the information that we share with the patient so they can make singular, consecutive decisions rather than simultaneous choices on need, want, value, care, and cost
  • Increasing the value of the dental procedure diagnosed
  • Adding emotion choice to the patient’s decision rather than just fact based

This session will make it possible for your team to increase acceptance, build healthier, productive, and efficient schedules and diminish cancellations!

"Mission: If It's not Impossible, It's not Worth Doing"

Speaker: Brad Barbera

What would make you want to go into the office, even if you weren’t getting paid for it? Extraordinary organizations focus relentlessly on such missions, and make the lives of everyone they touch better for it.

What makes you excited to go into the office on a Monday morning? What would make you want to go into the office, even if you weren’t getting paid for it? Those are the things that make up a real mission. Not a 500-word essay written in corporate buzzword jargon that no one ever reads for fear of being bored to death. Just a few words that capture your reason for being there. Extraordinary organizations focus relentlessly on such missions, and make the lives of everyone they touch better for it.

In this workshop, you will learn:

      • What makes one mission statement good, and what makes another one not-so-much;
      • How to create a genuine mission for your office that will make people want to be part of what you do
