Heidi Arndt, RDH & Stephanie Edgmon, RDH
Heidi Arndt RDH, BSDH has been working in the dental field for over 18 years. Her experience stretches from working as a treatment coordinator, dental assistant, and practice manager before graduating from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene.

Heidi spent the early part of her career working in private practice and at the Mayo Clinic (Department of Dental Specialties). In 2002, Heidi began working for American Dental Partners, where she was a dental hygiene mentor/coach and was later promoted to Director, Dental Hygiene Development. Heidi managed over $140 million in annual revenue, and led all dental hygiene development activities for American Dental Partners affiliated dental groups (more than 250 practices and 1000 dental hygienists across the entire United States). Heidi created and implemented a mentoring and dental hygiene development curriculum, that improved patient care, created accountability increased hygiene profits exponentially year after year.

In 2011, Heidi launched Enhanced Hygiene. She is dedicated to helping dental groups support the development and enhance the value of their dental hygiene team. Heidi’s coaching and training programs have helped hundreds of practices achieve their long sought after goals – improving leadership, teamwork, organizational systems, patient care, patient service, verbal skills, and the bottom line.

Stephanie Edgmon brings many years of clinical and operational experience along with a passion and commitment to drive results in all areas of the business. Ms.Edgmon has a strong focus and passion on the direction and implementation of all business operations as she has held many operational roles giving her guidance a holistic approach. These roles include: Regional Director of Operations, Senior Director of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer for a multi-unit DSO management organization in the Arizona market.

In her roles she worked directly with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure systems and protocols were successfully in place and establishing the business structure needed to be scalable. Her success can be surrounded by her clinical experience as a dental hygienist which has provided her the ability to look at the dental business in a comprehensive way.

Stephanie grew up in both Grafton, Wisconsin and Gilbert, Arizona. She started her career in the dental field as a dental assistant and later graduated from Rio Salado College with her dental hygiene degree.

The Acci-Dental Insurance Coordinator

Whether you’ve been filing claims for five months or five years, this course will touch on the techniques needed to successfully manage your insurance process.

Laura Hatch, FAADOM
Laura Hatch helps dental professionals who want to be better at what they do gain the training they need through online video courses, live seminars, and coaching. With a bachelor’s in human resources and a master’s in organizational leadership, Laura Hatch has committed years of study to learning how to manage and empower team members. Laura partnered with her husband to build and manage two fee-for-service dental practices. Twelve years later, she founded Front Office Rocks, which offers Web-based, on-demand front office training for dental practices. As the leading authority on virtual dental front office training, Laura has developed training methods that consist of established ideas and practical training that can be easily implemented into any office.

Laura has been published in Dental Assisting Digest, Dentaltown, and Dentistry IQ. She is also a fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Managers, a national and international speaker on dental practice management for leading dental authorities, state and local dental societies, study clubs, and an advisor to several companies within the dental community. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and the Speaking Consulting Network. Laura was recognized as one of DPR’s Top 25 Women in Dentistry in 2016.
